We are a home-based cake studio operating under the Cottage Law the Denver, Colorado area specializing in gourmet, modern cakes and elegant sweets.
Every order is freshly made from scratch using quality ingredients, and we take pride in producing everything in small batches without any preservatives or artificial flavorings.
At our cake studio, flavor is of the utmost importance. To ensure that we deliver the best quality products to our customers, we make all our cake components in-house, including the sponge, fillings, jam, and frosting. We prioritize creating a balance of harmonious flavors, and our cakes are coated with silky Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Unlike other buttercreams, such as American buttercream, our recipe has lower sugar and butter content, resulting in cakes that are less sweet and more flavor-driven.
We believe that food should be enjoyed with all the senses, starting with the eyes. That's why we take great care to make our cakes as beautiful as they are delicious. We specialize in modern, minimalist, and delicate designs, with clean lines and a focus on balance. We strongly believe that less is more, and our designs reflect this philosophy.
Our studio is based in a residential area, which is why we offer delivery services exclusively. Orders can be conveniently placed online through our website, and we have set specific delivery times during the week. You can find for more information about our delivery schedule here. However, we understand that there may be instances where customers require a delivery at a different time. In such cases, we are willing to be flexible and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Hi! My name is Taiane Bozzay and I’m passionate about food and crafts. I graduated in agribusiness engineering and worked in Brazil as a production engineer at an Italian food company for 2 years. It was an amazing experience but ultimately I decided to move from Brazil to the USA.
The culture shock was huge especially in relation to food. I quickly started to miss the fresh, artisanal, “made by hand” food I grew up with in Brazil. I missed “true food” because I felt like the meals accessible to me were overly processed, sweetened, and artificial. So I started to spend more time cooking and baking, which have always been my favorite hobby.
In 2021 on my husband's birthday I baked him a cake and it was a hit! People told me I should start selling my cakes. I thought it was a crazy idea, but the concept was exciting to me. I decided to dedicate myself to professional cake courses and experimenting with flavors and designs.
I love modern, minimalist and delicate cakes. Minimalist design is about prioritizing the essential; instead of losing focus with many components, I focus on a few quality features to make a perfect accent – achieving a pure form of elegance for every kind of celebration.
To stay consistent with my childhood upbringing in Brazil, I make all cakes from scratch with true ingredients. It's been an exciting journey and I love what I do!
